I have done the resolutions thing and tried to remake the resolutions perhaps somewhere around April of each year. Wow can you believe it,it’s almost 2013. Yes we are going beyond 12/21/2012 so settle down no need to panic. Life is just starting, a new vibration is giving birth. Oh boy, did I have a day yesterday. My favorite friend “Self – Talk” was close by the whole way through. There are moments when we are asked to step up and out a little higher and that was the case for me yesterday. With each step I am learning so much more about myself and I am allowing all of me to be okay ( after all this is how I have transformed my life thus far). What I am getting in each moment is that transformation never ends – it is really a knowing that “we are always in a state of becoming” – BOOM

I have a friend from High School that experiences panic attack to the point of going to the emergency room from time to time. Her panic attacks are induced by fear, what others thing about her etc… really she lives a life where she isn’t stepping on anyone’s toes. At the time when these episodes came about I wasn’t aware of the severity or nature of these episodes. I didn’t grasp the feeling tone or what was talking place with her, all that was beyond my understanding. Now, anything that happened in the group or individually she would be the first to say “I am sorry”…it was her nature, she explained to us on numerous occasions that she was raised to say I am sorry in the home.
