“Healthy people are grateful for life’s simple treasures. Be H.I.P. Express gratitude to those you treasure.” ~ Coach T
The letter H in the H.I.P. acronym represents healthy. Most people associate the word healthy immediately with food, diet and exercise. However, embedded in the H.I.P. movement is the conscious association of having and maintaining a healthy mind and consciousness so as to drive the physical expression (your body and affairs) in the right gears.
Healthy people consciously choose to practice making higher choices. They make it a practice to live from the calling of their souls and the insights that are given from their internal wisdom. They understand that watering the seeds of consciousness occurs with tools of prayer, meditation, silence, visioning and other methods. They wake up to the truth that living from this place of existence allows them to be a beneficial presence in the world.

I had someone ask me why
God never seemed to answer his prayer – I replied – “it’s not that God never answers your prayer, it’s that you never become still and silent long enough to hear God.” Silence is the key to being able to hear the voice of God. Silence is not just the cessation of noise in the outer,it is a state of being. Entering into a state of silence is tapping into a realm of consciousness for the purpose of putting us in touch with Divine Mind so that the soul may listen to the still small voice. We all want to hear this voice as it ultimately guides our path to greater living.

Prayer allows is to synchronize our awareness with the Mind of God and enter into a state of consciousness called Heaven. Heaven NOW.. I know this might sound radical to some people but really why should we wait for a state of Heaven (happiness, peace, joy, abundance etc) in the afterlife. “If the mind wants to comprehend reality it will have to come out of the past and the future” – Osho
We spent some time discussing in our noonday meditation sessions on Tuesday what does it really mean to pray audaciously. We open the call with the quote above from Osho to really bring us present to the NOW moment. You see we cannot really begin to understand anything, and I mean anything at all, until we allow ourselves to release the baggage, burdens or thoughts that keep us bound to the past of future.
Are you courageous enough to transform belief into realization?
