The mornings when I am reminded to be still seem to be the day when clarity seeks to emerge. When the path for my desires look me in the eyes and say here I am at your beckon call. What will you do now?
The whole of life experiences exist solely in this moment. How I choose to react in this moment will define how life shows up in the next moment. Okay I get this Spirit and…..
Humbly I recognize that the space of transformation takes courage and oh so much humility, righteous positions crumble to the voice of my Divinity and then I empty and return to my breathe. The little “coincidences” and miracles that use to jolt me for weeks now takes a day and then I remember who I am.

“You can’t reach for anything new if your hands are still full of yesterday’s junk.” ~ Louise Smith
Now if your time to release and let go. Open the palm of your hands and allow the grip you hold to loosen. Now is the time for a new YOU to emerge. Yes, NOW! Your highest potential is seeking an outlet into expression and that outlet can only be found when you release the junk of yesterday.
The junk of yesterdays are the things that no longer serve you. This junk limits you to the past. It keeps you stuck and unmovable without the possibility of new experiences and opportunities. Some of the junk that we tend to hold on to is unforgiveness, unhealthy relationships, grudges, hurts and miscommunication. We get to wound up in the junk that our emotions and triggers are constantly on.

“H.I.P. people know that life have a bigger vision for them than they can imagine for themselves. Be H.I.P. Be available to life’s larger vision for your life.” ~ Coach T
A vision is a big picture. It is a propelling picture that pulls you not pushes you towards the preferable future. Companies and institutions over the years have worked earnestly towards capturing a vision that all employees can actively buy into. Successful ones have achieved this. President Obama also successfully used a ‘vision’ to captivate and inspire America into history (the first black President).
A vision is a powerful tool to catch a hold of and bring forth in your individual life. It is important to get into the desires and vibrations of your soul and allow that to be expressed through and as you. Your vision should inspire you into action each and every day. In fact the first time I heard this from Charles I had to step back for a minute – “your vision should scare you.” Why? Because life has great plans for you, beyond your limited understanding and comprehension is a purpose and life that is unimaginable.. Just like scripture states… eyes has not seen, nor ears heard (1 Corinthians 2:9)

So many times we look outside of ourselves
To find the perfect design of life but truly I am coming to believe more and more that my perfect design is all within me. The perfect design that I lust and hunger after is woven so delicately in all moments that if one should blink they would miss it. All of life moves with such synchronicity! At least that’s what I believe.

This month we spent our time focusing and going deeper in thought around Authenticity. We hope you found the meditations, blogs and daily illustrations uplifted your spirit and brought into your life true practical insights for your life. To remind you plain and simple Authenticity is about being yourself, your Best Self, at all times, in all circumstances, with everyone. You are the only one who is best at being you, so stop trying to be like someone else or what others want you to be so you can fit in. I once heard someone say, “Be yourself, everyone else is already taken.”

“The Object Of A New Year Is Not That We Should Have A New Year. It Is That We Should Have A New Soul”.~G. K. Chesterton
“The Real Voyage Of Discovery Consists Not In Seeking New Landscapes, But In Having New Eyes”.~Marcel Proust
We are almost at the end of the first month of the New Year. It seems like the older I get, I experience the years as flying by so quickly! Our human culture celebrates the yearly cycle with parties — as one year ends, and with resolutions— as another year begins. As always, the New Year brings opportunities for reflection, re-evaluation and renewal.

Here are some ideas to get you started on spring cleaning your Life:
1. Get a goal that is big enough to motivate you. For me I wanted more time to spend with those I care about rather than looking for that paper one more time.
2. Get the whole family involved with motivating incentives.
3. Figure out what makes you feel good as you part with your precious things. For me I couldn’t stand knowing that what I was giving up was going in the garbage dump to be seen no more. Giving them to charity created a much better feeling tone as I knew I was blessing someone else.
