It is said that there is a very fine line between LOVE and hate. That is true if you are dealing with the worlds’ concept of LOVE, which is ownership rather than sufficiency. Many people believe themselves to be empty of LOVE. They then look for someone to LOVE them to fill the void. This creates attachment and whenever you are attached to someone and are depending upon them for your good, then you either hate or you LOVE in a leaning way. Attachment is not LOVE. “Dependency Is Not LOVE”.

With such a topic I could write for days but I figured I will take bits and pieces of the conversation on “mastering”. It is important in all things to have your premise and this in mine “You are responsible for your actions” – I know it is so easy to blame others, quite frankly it feels good because then we wouldn’t have to do any work. However, that’s my story and I am sticking to it. I’m not responsible for your actions neither are you mine.

Healthy, Inspiring & Purposeful people know that appreciation is the highest form of prayer, for it acknowledges the presence of good wherever you shine the light of your thankful thoughts. Love, your neighbor as yourself. No other commandment is greater than these – Mark 12:31
I was in a group meeting some time last year when I found myself being completely triggered by what some one was saying. Immediately my ego flared up into judgment mode about this particular individual in the group. I was labeling them as insecure, having an agenda etc. Just to quote mildly. My mind rose with my own self defense mechanisms of intellectualizing – justifying my feelings.

This morning I was reminded again to listen deeply to others when they share. Simply because we just never know where others are coming from when they share with us. Just offering a space of safety and reassurance is enough to comfort hearts and heal minds.

How deep is your desire to evolve? Is you intention to evolve more important to you than anything else in the world? The Universe is always speaking to us…we must simply slow down and listen. There is a song that I love very much from Rickie Byars Beckwith, a stanza from it says “I am ready to listen now, I’ve heard your voice before, your way has been calling me. Now I’m willing to be so much more.”
