Are you still getting ready by sleepwalking?
Do you know the vision that is seeking to be birth as your life? Sleepwalkers are people who go through their lives in an unconscious state. They are not fully aware of who they are, the larger context of life they are a part of and or their real purpose in life.
Sleepwalkers look like any one of us, but are really just physical shells living through their lives as drones. Have you ever seen people who have no clarity on their life? People who live on a day by day basis never thinking about the future or what they really want? These people are not able to articulate what their life is about…

“Love doesn’t make the world go round; love is what makes the ride worthwhile.” ~ Franklin P. Jones
Today’s society is plagued by the idea that we are different from one another, based upon beliefs that we are separate from each other. Because of this, we see disagreements and wars manifest around the world. Rather than being disappointed by the destruction and hate we witness, we must allow the seeming adversity of life to inspire us to commit to practicing and being love. We are called forth by the pent of our society to take a stand for love, to be excellence in loving.

In my opinion one of the benefits of getting older is having many years of experience to call upon.
With this experience, it also allows me to gain confidence in the choices I make. If you learn from your mistakes rather than get down or being hard on yourself for having made them, then your future will be more enriched and empowered.

Have you ever received THAT phone call….. from someone you know with the news they just broke-up with their spouse or long-term live in partner because of infidelity? Did the news make you so upset that it sent you searching for answers?
That happened to me recently and this is a brief reason as to perhaps why this happened. I am in no way giving an excuse or justifying such behavior, just offering something to think about.

I am moving from being locked into anger and outrage at war and violence, or being defined as a protest movement, to creating a culture of peace from the ground up, and from the inside out.
I am moving from reactive finger-pointing condemnation and judgement of others, arising out of my presumed superior moral positions, to engaging in dialogue, listening and non-violent communication strategies.

‘We are always getting ready to live, but never living.’ ~ Ralph Waldo Emerson
In the best moments of your life you felt on fire inside. What was the spark that made you become ALIVE and more importantly where did it go? How many people waste their life away letting it dwindle out of them till the end when they regret the time they wasted? One morning they wake up and feel as it they have lost their way.
These are the people who are always getting ready to live, they are always getting ready to get ready, to get ready to live their life. Always waiting for the perfect time, the perfect day, the perfect opportunity and the perfect person. Waiting for the perfect something to happen.

To create a world that works for all
We must create communities that work for all. We must become part of creating organizations, neighborhoods, cities and countries that works for all and collaborate with those who have the faith and the energy to create such a place.
Community is about the experience of belonging. We are in community each time we find a place where we belong. The word belong has two meanings. First and foremost, to belong is to be related to and a part of something. It is membership, the experience of being at home in the broadest sense of the phrase. It is the opposite of thinking that wherever I am, I would be better off somewhere else. Or that I am still forever wandering, looking for that place where I belong.

There seems to be something missing in the world today.
Something so huge, so fundamental to functional relationships. Something so essential to human life. It is evident as you browse your Facebook news feed, and as you walk through the halls of a school. We see it in offices, restaurants, stores, and often even in the home.
There is very little honor in the world today. It is so sad, because honor is the number one key to successful relationships (both personal and professional). In fact, you will not succeed in business or in your career if you do not know how to honor people. You could be the best at what you do, but if you lack honor, no one will want to work with you.I have been studying people for more than 2 decades, and here’s what I’ve found:

Spread Love Everywhere You Go. Let No One Ever Come To You Without Feeling Happier. ~Mother Teresa
Mother Teresa was one of the most loving beings to have graced our planet. Her words and her actions were living expressions of the divine energy of love. She embodied love in every way and she definitely spread that love everywhere she went. She has been quoted as saying – ‘let us always meet each other with a smile, for the smile is the beginning of love.’
