When we speak of transformation by renewing the mind
We speak of the instantaneous or gradual process of consciously changing thought patterns until the subconscious surrenders its old pattern for the new. Changing subjective thought patterns by supplying spiritual ideas will create new conditions in body and affairs and this is what we all seek. All the theory in the world is useless unless we know how to apply it and make a change.
The basic principles for practical application of changing are:
1. Continued willingness to let go of the past
2. Controlling what we think about all day
3. Learning how forgiveness of self and others releases us from the past and brings about physical healing

The question is……
Where and how do we begin to create an environment that cultivates evolutionary support and partnership?
Begin by asking yourself these important questions: –
1. Of everyone I know with whom can I really be my highest self?
2. Among my friends, family and colleagues, who truly shares my deepest values and highest spiritual aspirations?
3. Do I have any social structures in my life in which I feel free to stretch myself and my relationships beyond my comfort zones? To reach into new territory without being concerned that I’ll rock the boat or scare others off in my efforts to awaken and evolve?

“Knowing others is wisdom, knowing yourself is enlightenment.” ~ Lao Tzu
How well do you know yourself, I mean really know yourself? The first essential aspect of living a more authentic life is to know who we truly are at the deepest level. Some of us may be more aware of ourselves than others. Knowing ourselves, like being authentic itself, is a life long process. The more intentional we are about this, the more we can grow and evolve.
Given our depth, complexity and constant evolution as human beings, it’s not possible for us to get to a point in life at which we know everything about ourselves. However the majority of us stay pretty unconscious and unaware of ourselves for much of our lives – which often causes a great deal of confusion and suffering for us and those around us. Our goal, therefore, is to continue to discover more and more about who we really are as we go through our journey.

Learn to be your own valentine. “Healthy, Inspiring, Purposeful people know that loving oneself is the beginning of a lifelong romance. Be H.I.P. Learn to romance yourself more.” Why? Well, H.I.P. individuals know that you can only give and receive love from and to others only to the degree that you give and receive love from and to yourself. So it behooves us to love ourselves enough so that we can in turn loves others enough. One of the ways to do this is by practicing extreme self-care. This involves:

The mornings when I am reminded to be still seem to be the day when clarity seeks to emerge. When the path for my desires look me in the eyes and say here I am at your beckon call. What will you do now?
The whole of life experiences exist solely in this moment. How I choose to react in this moment will define how life shows up in the next moment. Okay I get this Spirit and…..
Humbly I recognize that the space of transformation takes courage and oh so much humility, righteous positions crumble to the voice of my Divinity and then I empty and return to my breathe. The little “coincidences” and miracles that use to jolt me for weeks now takes a day and then I remember who I am.

“H.I.P. people know that life have a bigger vision for them than they can imagine for themselves. Be H.I.P. Be available to life’s larger vision for your life.” ~ Coach T
A vision is a big picture. It is a propelling picture that pulls you not pushes you towards the preferable future. Companies and institutions over the years have worked earnestly towards capturing a vision that all employees can actively buy into. Successful ones have achieved this. President Obama also successfully used a ‘vision’ to captivate and inspire America into history (the first black President).
A vision is a powerful tool to catch a hold of and bring forth in your individual life. It is important to get into the desires and vibrations of your soul and allow that to be expressed through and as you. Your vision should inspire you into action each and every day. In fact the first time I heard this from Charles I had to step back for a minute – “your vision should scare you.” Why? Because life has great plans for you, beyond your limited understanding and comprehension is a purpose and life that is unimaginable.. Just like scripture states… eyes has not seen, nor ears heard (1 Corinthians 2:9)
