The moment one gives close attention to anything even a blade of grass, it becomes a mysterious, awesome, indescribably magnificent world in itself – Henry Miller
This week I invite you to slow down and be grateful. This month when thanksgiving is a way of life, find the joy within and shout out in gratitude for indeed, God is here, right here, right now, inside each breath, loving YOU. Allow yourself to feel it. There is a blessing within the process if we allow ourselves to see it. It gives us time to pay attention to the blade of grass or tree branches against the sky and thereby move within and find the joys of Spirit.

Recently I spoke at a sweet sixteen event. The mother contacted me to add a bit of “spiritual essence” to this lavish occasion. As I pondered this moment I contemplated how much the rights of passage traditions are not practiced consistently in the western culture.
I would like share with you the speech I delivered in the hope that you would share this with every young woman and parent you come across in your own circles.

Breathe this in….”we are here for the evolution of our soul”…
One day I was sitting in my favorite neighborhood park taking in all the beauty around me and offering my appreciation for this moment of bliss when suddenly I heard a man’s voice loudly saying, come over here and let me listen to you. I opened my eyes to see what was happening – one homeless man greeting another.

This turmoil has escalated to other countries and as some would suggest this planet. It is by far the most talked about, thought about, fear-filled aspect of our self – our financial health/unfoldment. Our financial unfoldment addresses our ability to purchase / exchange with ease & grace, to meet and often exceed our needs and wants with the use of “money”.
